What the role is

  • As a member of the secretariat team, you will be involved in reviewing and managing the policies and operations of the Healthcare Professional Boards in regulating healthcare professionals.
Your work responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the following:


  • Reviewing the processes and policies for supervisory framework
  • Management of the supervisory framework for the healthcare professional
  • Pairing of eligible supervisors to the healthcare professionals
  • Processing of assessment reports and the related matters
  • Monitoring and reviewing of healthcare professional's performance
  • Coordination and provides secretariat support for the training of supervisors related matters.
  • Audit of private healthcare institutions
  • Staffing of Board/Council and professional committee meetings, as well as administrative support to the Boards/Councils.
  • Handling of enquiries
  • Any other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for

  • Tertiary qualifications with at least 5 years of experience in regulatory/policy work and operations/administration work
  • Wellarticulated, confident and possess good writing skills.
  • Possess good critical thinking, customerrelationship and information analysis skills.
  • Good organisational skills with attention to details.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Able to multitask with good time management and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Selfmotivated and positive working attitude
