What the role is
- As a member of the secretariat team, you will be involved in reviewing and managing the policies and operations of the Healthcare Professional Boards in regulating healthcare professionals.
- Reviewing the processes and policies for supervisory framework
- Management of the supervisory framework for the healthcare professional
- Pairing of eligible supervisors to the healthcare professionals
- Processing of assessment reports and the related matters
- Monitoring and reviewing of healthcare professional's performance
- Coordination and provides secretariat support for the training of supervisors related matters.
- Audit of private healthcare institutions
- Staffing of Board/Council and professional committee meetings, as well as administrative support to the Boards/Councils.
- Handling of enquiries
- Any other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for
- Tertiary qualifications with at least 5 years of experience in regulatory/policy work and operations/administration work
- Wellarticulated, confident and possess good writing skills.
- Possess good critical thinking, customerrelationship and information analysis skills.
- Good organisational skills with attention to details.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Able to multitask with good time management and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Selfmotivated and positive working attitude
