Description

The role involves working internally within Audit function to assist with data sanitisation and executing automated data and analytics routines.

All tasks will be performed using company-approved tools. On-job-trainings and e-learnings on the work process and tools will be provided to the individuals.

Basic tasks:

Execute predesigned automated data cleansing workflow.
Upload cleansed financial data into audit firm's proprietary data analytics system.
Extract data/information from electronic documents and match them to data records.

For more digital-savvy individuals who like to advance further:

Cleanse financial data with data preparation tools.
Design and develop data processing workflows.

Attributes:

Have a positive attitude, willingness to learn and take on responsibilities that may be outside the scope of your current skills.

Experience:

Must be comfortable with using laptop and technology. E.g. communication tools like Microsoft Teams and web browsing tools like Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, and Microsoft Office like Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Must have some basic experience in using Excel and basic formulas as part of data entry role
Have some experience completing electronicbased trainings via learning platform
