    As a service delivery engineer, he/ she is responsible for the end-to-end process of delivering and maintaining optical network solutions, from initial planning to ongoing support and optimization.

    Key Responsibilities within the role:-

    • Hands on within Network operations and troubleshoot experience
    • Provide technical support to customers during the implementation phase and post-implementation
    • Address any issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Proactively coordinate resources, and complete delivery in timely manner
    • Responsible for high quality service delivery to clients to provide guidance, training on product usage, and on-site support to ensure the achievement of successful service delivery
    • Engage and facilitate closely with cross functional teams in gathering and documenting to ensure that customers' requirements are handled through proper service management techniques where best practices and processes are applied, including timely reporting and status updates to stakeholders
    • Conducting thorough testing of optical network systems to ensure they meet performance standards. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the testing phase or after deployment
    • Review and recommend procedures, processes and policies to enhance data center operations and service delivery to all stakeholders
    • Data Compilation and Process Optimization: Based on the local service delivery process and activities, compile and document pertinent data and issues related to local service delivery. Assist in summarizing service delivery cases and optimizing the delivery process to ensure the accurate execution of the local service delivery process
    • Other local technical service-related tasks assigned by superiors
