    Description
    Job Summary:

    As a Centre Admin cum Customer Service, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the center's common areas and providing exceptional customer service to parents and students. Your responsibilities include handling inquiries and student registrations, preparing daily enrollment reports, and adhering to company directives.

    Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Manage student registrations, payments, makeup classes, and other parent queries, with a focus on converting warm leads.
    • Drive sign-up rates for normal and holiday classes while maintaining an attrition rate below 5% per month.
    • Review attendance sheets before each class to ensure familiarity with student names and the assigned instructor.
    • Ensure sufficient building sheets and worksheets for instructors, overseeing their printing and conducting weekly audits for operational efficiency.
    • Coordinate makeup classes, handle absenteeism, and manage student databases to track payment status and attendance.
    • Maintain records of student and parent inquiries and feedback, and communicate resolutions to parents.
    • Attend to phone and walk-in inquiries and input them into the KOMMO system for departmental action within 24 hours. Schedule trial arrangements as needed.
    • Implement a proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration at the center.
    • Conduct monthly inventory reports for components and equipment, submitting them by the 5th of each month.
    • Communicate effectively in both spoken and written English or Chinese.
    • Attend staff meetings and company events as mandatory.
    • Coordinate progress report meetings and facilitate communication between parents and instructors based on instructor advice.


    Secondary Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Ensure the proper maintenance of center facilities and resolve center-related issues.
    • Coordinate with instructors regarding parent availability when children attend classes, providing reminders one day before classes, workshops, and trials.
    • Ensure all logistics, facilities, and administrative work are efficiently handled before going on leave.

    Key Accountabilities:
    • Key in daily leads into KOMMO within 24 hours.
    • Respond to daily parent queries within working hours.
    • Conduct daily checks on classes to account for all learning materials.

    Requirements:
    • Youngsters and fresh Diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
    • Training will be provided, offering in-depth experience in the system and customer handling.
