    We are part of the Advancing Intelligence Group, building next-generation products at the intersection of AI and digital finance. Traditional markets offer access, but control is mediated by intermediaries, and information advantages often compound in the hands of a few.

    A new financial layer is now forming that rewrites these rules: self-custodial wallets, stablecoins, and on-chain markets. Stablecoins are becoming a practical "global digital dollar," and wallets are evolving into modern global accounts—letting anyone hold and deploy capital directly, with transparency by default. In parallel, on-chain infrastructure has crossed a key threshold: fees are cheap enough, throughput is high enough, and reliability is strong enough to support trading-grade experiences on open networks.

    We believe this unlocks the next arena of global investing—where traders can invest, speculate, hedge, and express views across more than crypto, including synthetic exposure to US equities, FX, commodities, and real-world outcomes, with lower friction and a fairer market structure.

    We're hiring a UX/UI + Product Designer to build the trader-facing experience from the ground up: a mobile-first, trading-grade product that makes self-custody intuitive, execution dependable, and decision-making sharper under real market conditions.

    Responsibilities

    You will own the end-to-end design scope of a trading product built for active traders—from discovery and workflow mapping, to interaction design and visual systems, to shipping and iteration in production. Your mission is to translate the trader loop—scan → decide → execute → manage risk—into an experience that feels fast, clear, and reliable even during volatility.

    You will design the core experience primitives of a modern trading terminal: market visibility, signal consumption, execution confidence, and position/risk control. This includes building information-dense surfaces (watchlists, charts, order panels, positions), real-time behavior (fills, partial fills, cancellations, execution uncertainty), and UI patterns that reduce confusion while preserving truth.

    You will build intelligence experiences that help traders act with confidence by integrating multiple complex signals—market structure, smart money flows, peer/community cues, and macro conditions—into a coherent, actionable system. Your work should help users answer, in seconds: What should I trade? When should I enter? How much risk should I take? What's the safest move if I'm wrong?

    You'll operate as a full-stack builder—not a "UI-only" designer. That means speaking directly with traders, extracting repeatable pain patterns, prototyping quickly, partnering tightly with Engineering to ship, and iterating from real usage. You will also design with self-custody and on-chain realities in mind—wallet signing flows, network delays, fee volatility, and adversarial conditions—so users feel in control even when the market and infrastructure are under stress.

    Requirements
    • 4+ years designing and shipping production products in trading, crypto, brokerage, or similarly high-stakes, real-time environments
    • A portfolio showing true builder work: trading terminals, execution panels, real-time dashboards, risk/portfolio controls, alerting systems, or automation tools for active traders
    • Proven end-to-end ownership across customer discovery → UX flows → UI → shipping → iteration, not just concept design
    • Ability to design information-dense interfaces that remain usable and calm under pressure (multiple positions, fast-changing markets, high cognitive load)
    • Strong craft in designing for decision-making: signal inputs → structured insight → clear action, without turning the product into a noisy feed
    • Experience building "multi-signal" experiences that combine peer sentiment, macro context, and market behavior into usable trader guidance
    • Strong intuition for trader workflows across the lifecycle: scanning, target selection, timing, execution, post-trade monitoring, risk reduction
    • Comfort designing for execution uncertainty: slippage, partial fills, delayed confirmations, retries, and recovery flows
    • Crypto trading exposure (spot + perps) is a major advantage, including leverage dynamics, funding, liquidation behavior, and volatility patterns
    • Familiarity with on-chain realities is a strong plus: transaction finality, congestion, fee spikes, wallet UX, and MEV/front-running constraints
    • High self-agency and speed: you drive clarity, make decisions, and ship without waiting for perfect specs
    • Strong engineering partnership: you design within constraints, iterate quickly, and raise quality through systems—not handoffs
    • AI-native working style: you use AI tools to accelerate exploration and execution while maintaining rigor and taste
