Responsibilities:

Work closely with the development team to implement product features while ensuring scalability, managing dependencies, and adhering to business and nonfunctional requirements
Work closely with the operations, developer and designers, as well as CS and tech support team;
Responsible for demand research, user demand collection and sorting, and transformed into product demand, able to independently complete product PRD documents, prototype design, and interaction design;
Monitor the daily data and analyze the business impact then to influence the product improvements
Solutionoriented, highlymotivated, and proactive selfstarter with firstprinciples thinking
Close communication and cooperation with the technical department and customer service and operation department to ensure that the product requirements from project initiation to demand design to development and online can be completed smoothly as scheduled;
Other related duties allocated by the team lead

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, more than 1 years of product manager work experience;
Working in a fast growing startup and managing the core product,Excellent time management and project management skills
Prove to be a seasoned Product Manager that launched and scaled products from ground up, Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Passion and interest in Blockchain and crypto, relevant industry working experience is a huge plus,
Have strong logical thinking ability and demand analysis and processing ability; can insight into the problems reflected by the data, and propose improvements;
Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills in both english and chinese
