- Design and implement scalable, robust and quality business application solutions in alignment with quality and standards.
- Lead project scope and schedule to ensure timely delivery and on budget. Drive project meetings, manage risks and issues, and perform delivery planning.
- Oversee implementation of application projects from beginning to completion and manage stakeholders, project resources, timeline and budget effectively.
- Provide leadership, mentoring and training to technical and system process analysis resources to ensure adherence of all deliverables to appropriate quality and compliance levels.
- Lead team to improve productivity and efficiency for both project work and application support.
- Manage change requests and support cases, prioritizing them and ensure sound resolution and meeting KPIs.
- Manage vendor contracts and performance. Oversee vendors tasks, track and review vendor deliverables to ensure on-time delivery with quality.
- Resolve technical issues with team during project lifecycle and in operation/support phase.
- Achieve KPIs for projects and existing application systems.
- Ensure effective project governance and delivery of projects.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous modernization that brings values to the organization.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science or a related field withPMP or Scrum Master Certification.
- More than 15 years of relevant system analysis and project management experience.
- Successfully led at least 4 implementation of big scale projects, of which, at least 2 were in workflow automation across large organizations.
- Good knowledge of intra and inter-system approval workflow technology, processes and architecture.
- Good knowledge of API, system connectors including but not limited to ERP and CRM systems.
- Good command of open system architecture, system and process analysis and documentation standards.
- Demonstrate skills in defect triage and system issues resolution.
- Ability to be the conduit between technical team and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work in changing environment, prioritize, multitask and maintain service qualities.
- Experience in Property industry will have an added advantage.

The Role
This role is required to oversee design, build and run of business automation and harmonize approval workflow processes and systems across the organization. This involves collaboration with stakeholders, gathering business requirements and managing KPIs of projects and existing application systems. This role leads in technology evaluation and implementation of projects adhering to project timeline, budget, and compliance. Working closely with IT infrastructure and security teams, and guiding a team of technical resource and business process system analysts, this role drives successful application deployment as well as technical resolutions of operational systems.
