**1 Year (Renewable)

  • Manage protocols (such as fire & emergency messages)
  • Liaise with other department enquiries and requests
  • Manage customers' feedback
  • Make accurate data entry to the CRM System and maintain records.
  • Participate in trainings, tests and audits when required.

Pay Package

  • Salary: Up to $2800
  • Yearly performance bonus: Up to 1 month of salary

_Salary to be offered _

Patient Service Associate:
Salary $2,300 (Include transport and work shift allowances)
Min GCE 'N'/'O' levels with pass in English, with one (1) consecutive year of contact centre and/or healthcare experience.

Senior Patient Service Associate:
Salary $2,800 (Include transport and work shift allowances)
Min GCE 'N'/'O' levels with pass in English, with two (2) consecutive years of contact centre and/or healthcare experience OR Min GCE 'A' levels or Diploma, with one (1) consecutive year of contact centre and/or healthcare experience


Working hours (Shift and rostered

  • Able to work in any of the following shift: AM 7:30AM to 5:00PM, MID 9:00AM to 6.30PM PM 12:30PM to 10PM, Shift shall be rostered.
  • With 1 hour of meal time
  • 5 day work week, inclusive of 1 weekend work day

General Requirements:


  • Able to speak any 2 languages (English, Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, any other language)
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Proficient in MS Excel / office
  • Pleasant personality and customer service oriented
