Description

Purchase products and tools to assist with cleaning and landscaping operations

Ensure products are of competitive pricing with the best quality
Assist with purchasing budget to ensure sufficient supplies are always available
Review existing suppliers, source for new suppliers and negotiate contracts while building good working relationships with suppliers
Analyse current budget and expenses to ascertain where improvements can be made
Maintain all documentation of purchases and prepare reports as requested by management, ensure all information is filed properly and made available when needed
Highlight any significant differences in pricing
Facilitate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of products

Job Requirements:

years of experience as a purchasing officer / executive

Some experience sourcing for suppliers and negotiating pricing
Has some experience using purchasing software
Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised and meticulous
