Responsibilities:

• Posting of Trade and Non-Trade invoices after checking and verification, ensuring purchases are recorded timely and accurately into Accounting System
• GL JV entries (accrual rebates, A&P (Advertising & Promotion) and admin, freight charge accruals) and making reversal of accrual when invoices received
• AP payment
• GST knowledge, corporate income tax, withholding tax

Requirements:

• Possess at least Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of full set accounting, audit and commercial experience (Sector experience 2-3 years, Functional experience 3-5 years)
• Conversant in Microsoft Excel is a must; SAP FICO module experience is a must
