  • An entrepreneur at heart, along with your strong understanding of healthcare business in these territories, you will lead to grow CooperFertility business by leveraging and maximizing the CooperSurgical Fertility current distributor network and put in place a long range plan to evolve a more direct business model from mid to long term.
  • Assess fit of partners and simplify distribution channel.
  • Identify opportunities where possible to maximise CSI portfolio and plan towards 'godirect' strategy for CooperFertility in mid to longer term,
  • Articulate this through a well thought through business plan with defined timelines and investment.
  • You would be a strong tenacious performance driver, to lead achievement of revenue goals managing monthly business reviews with the distributors through this fast evolving pandemic situation.
  • Ensure the distributors are highly focused and motivated to drive CooperSurgical products, pivoting towards local opportunities.
  • A strong people connector, you will build & own KOL relationships directly with long term engagement plan in place to shape and expand local IVF patient access. Leveraging on CooperFertility "Centre of Excellence" in Thailand.
  • Business develop and establish strategic alliance or models which will maximize CSI revenue opportunities or launch strategic categories.
  • With a grounded strategic marketing approach, you will optimize pricing and different marketing mix to ensure maximum revenue and profit sharing with distributors.
  • Manage geographies A&P budget to maximize brand Market share
  • Having strong commercial fundamentals, you will
  • Implement sales excellence initiatives in distributor performance management process.
  • Build and maintain pipeline of media, consumables & equipment sales.
  • Spend at least 50% of time in field with distributors in order to finetune sales approach and ensure excellence in execution.
  • A strong team player along with opportunity to career develop self, support or leverage on rest of AEM distributor projects from time to time.
  • Ready people hiring and management experience and skill set to potentially convert current business model into direct model.
Required Qualifications:


  • Science or business management university degree
Practical Work Achievement:


  • Have consistently grown the business size by 3 fold in different business portfolio over your career.
  • Have business managed indirect models and transited setup into a direct model over time. Ideal if you had experience within the Fertility / O&G segment.
  • Evolved the organization from 1 man to a direct team structure, ideally having set up local entity.
  • Had successfully put in place market access patient programs and private insurer policy to unlock local patient access to treatment by >2x vs baseline over a duration of 3 years
  • Operate and navigate the local business with HQ support from European or American matrix organization.

  • Successful implementation of CSI Sales & marketing excellence levers in the territory.
  • Successful implementation of the APAC strategy.
