Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob Descriptions
Assessing available supplies, maintaining good relationships with suppliers, and negotiating contracts.
Analytical thinking and keeping up with market trends for goods and services.
-Adhering to and upholding the procurement policies and processes of the company.
-Examining, contrasting, evaluating, and authorizing the acquisition of goods and services.
Managing inventories and maintaining accurate records of purchases and prices
Updating supplier information, such as qualifications, time of delivery and product range
Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
Requirements
At least Diploma qualification in any field.
Candidates with similar working experience are preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and purchasing platforms such as Taobao and other china platform.
Skills in communication and negotiation to ensure that every acquisition complies with business requirements.
Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Attention to detail.
-Able to communicate in Chinese and both reading and writting to liaise with chinese speaking suppliers.
