Must be reliable, committed, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and execution of menu items according to recipes and standards set by the culinary leadership team.
- Take ownership of a specific section or station in the kitchen, ensuring that all components are prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality, taste, and appearance.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with other members of the kitchen team to coordinate timing and execution of orders, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Support the Sous Chef ininventory management, stock rotation, and ordering of ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
