- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Support management in reviewing and developing pricing strategies to improve profitability and market acceptance
- Develop winning business proposals to showcase our unique value propositions as a premium provider of quality, safety, and sustainable solutions
- Deliver delightful customer experiences from acquisition to after-sales
- Forge long-term partnerships to deliver results and tangible benefits for our business partners and clients
- Perform and review comprehensive lift/escalator audits to capture current conditions and provide recommendations
- Assist in computing design budgets and cost estimates for new lift/escalator projects
- Manage ongoing lift consulting and project management projects
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic) or Business with at least 5 years of experience in the lift/escalator industry
- Project management experience and technical knowledge of lift/escalator operations
- Strong sales and business development track record, with consultative selling and service offering management skills
- Clear and articulate presentation ability, with excellent communication and networking skills
- Target-oriented, systematic, and strong problem-solving skills
