Responsibilities:

• Address issues with shipped orders promptly.
• Maintain open communication with Production and Customer Service teams to meet delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate the movement of inventory to and from the warehouse, ensuring timely transfers.
• Manage warehouse and consignment inventory using a cycle count program.
• Handle inventory requisitions, receiving, storage, and security.
• Maintain shipping and receiving documentation, track unfilled orders, and manage invoicing.
• Generate monthly reports for management.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Customer Service to improve processes and resolve issues.

Requirements:

• Detail oriented person.
• Experience in Shipping or Logistics.
• Familiarity with Accpac (Sage300) and preparing shipping documents.
