Description

The Director - Client Services role is responsible for Client interaction and management, consultative sales, managing a core sales team to break into new clients.

Bringing in new business in the area Nityo specialize.

Engaging with business segments and partners to ensure opportunities are identified and targeted.

Drafting Program Plan, Resource Plan and Engagement Plan, End to End Recruitment Process, presenting Proposals to the client and negotiation and Deal Closure.

Managing project profit and loss, SLA and maintain client relationship.

At least 6 years experience in Client interaction and management, consultative sales. Experience in engaging with business segments and partners to ensure opportunities are identified and targeted.
