Credit Control Associate - Singapore - APEX PHARMA MARKETING PTE. LTD.
Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluating new credit requests and conducting client credit checks.
- Managing and collecting debts from customers.
- Setting up the terms of credits for new clients.
- Processing and generating reminder letters and monthly statements.
- Managing collection of all payments and debts.
- Responding to client enquiries.
- Liaising with customers and the sales team.
- Ability to reconcile complex debtor accounts.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to deal with problematic clients.
- Eportal submission of invoices.
- Resolving invoice discrepancies with the Customer Service Department.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma (Finance background preferred) with 23 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Possess a high degree of personal integrity.
- Good problemsolving skills and ability to take initiative.
- Meticulous and mature.
- A good team player with a positive working attitude.
