    If you are looking for exciting career prospects, if you want to fuel innovation and like tackling new challenges, then we would love to hear from youObjectivesThe Service Specialist is responsible for handling all customers' requests in his/her designated terrorities and support the team in responding to maintenance services, repair work and modernization to exceed customers' expectation.

    The incumbent also responsible for handling order processing duties, coordinate with internal customers to prepare logistics to meet KPI and schedule service calls, effectively plan service/maintenance calls for Service Engineers.

    Provides shared support to Sales and Operations team.
    Handle customer calls and emails enquiry.
    Perform order processing duties such as quotations, invoices and reports.
    Effectively schedule breakdown, installation service and preventive maintenance appointments for Service Engineers.

    Coordinate with Warehouse to prepare materials and equipments to meet delivery KPI (key performance indicators) .Good communication and coordination skills to enable interaction with internal and external customers effectively.

    Good knowledge and application of Microsoft Office.

    Strong attention to details

    Ability to handle high volume of workQualification:
    NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Engineering or equivalent discipline.
    Candidates without prior working experience are welcome as on-the-job training will be provided.
