Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist to review existing guest touchpoints and identify opportunities to digitalise them via ASR app, selfservice kiosks or new digital platforms or RPA
  • Assist to review existing operations/ backofhouse/ staff touchpoints and identify opportunities to optimise them through digitalisation or RPA
  • Assist to source and/or research potential solutions or vendors for identified opportunities for digitisation or RPA
  • Assist in project management and rollout of solutions
Job Requirements

  • Studied in related disciplines including Business Analyst, Marketing, Hospitality, IT, Info Systems, Engineering, Business etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Work/academic experience in the following areas will be an advantage: project management roles, hospitality, mobile app development, RPA development, Business
  • Proficient in MS Office
