    Our Client:
    Our client is one of the leading in Japanese IT consulting company. They are actively seeking for a Manager for Business Continuity Management to join their team in Singapore


    Job Responsibilities:
    ・Facilitate on BCM and other compliance related projects in the organization
    ・Facilitate Business Continuity Management projects as a Business Analyst
    ・Communicate with stakeholders, identify issues, and facilitate discussion
    ・Create project plan
    ・Initiate and manage project as a project manager (Including standard management tasks such as schedule, quality, cost management)
    ・Propose/agree with solutions and execute according to plan
    ・Communicate with project members to facilitate projects


    Job Requirements:
    ・At least 3 years of work experience
    ・Bachelor's Degree and above
    ・Experience in working in a project and strong problem-solving skills
    ・Client-facing experience (facilitate meeting, taking meeting minutes, proactive communication)
    ・Ability to work under instruction of managers but be responsible for executing assigned tasks
    ・Open to adapting to the working culture of a Japanese bank and embracing new challenges
    ・Proactively report issues/problems to project manager to maximize output
    ・Working experience in a consulting firms or banks
    ・Knowledge of business continuity management or IT disaster recovery
    ・Knowledge of banking operations (remittance, agency loans or treasury management)
    ・Knowledge of standard project management (e.g. PMBOK)
    ・Experience with Fusion/ServiceNow
    ・Experience with ERP (SAP), RPA
    ・Proficient in Japanese language to effectively communicate with native Japanese-speaking stakeholders at the headquarters
