Description

Responsibilities:


  • Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Payables (AP) processes, Fixed Assets Depreciation, Journal Entries, etc.
  • Perform day to day Accounts Payable transactions including verify and input invoices entries into the accounting system.
  • Prepare weekly payment forecast, Giro/fast payments to vendors & cheques payments for staff salary
  • Perform monthly petty cash reimbursement for staffs, bank reconciliation, account payable reconciliation with vendors statement, reconciliation of AP and GL variance if any
  • Maintain audit schedules such as fixed assets, prepayment and accrual.
  • Prepare quarterly GST reconciliation and submission to IRAS
  • Assist in processes and system implementation such as streamlining and automation of tasks to ensure work efficiencies.
  • Perform other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Accounting/Finance.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess good attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Handson experience in SAP, A2000 (ERP) and Synergix ERP would be an advantage. Ability to work with a tight deadlines and with a strong sense of responsibility
