Accounts Executive - Singapore - PRIMECH A & P PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Payables (AP) processes, Fixed Assets Depreciation, Journal Entries, etc.
- Perform day to day Accounts Payable transactions including verify and input invoices entries into the accounting system.
- Prepare weekly payment forecast, Giro/fast payments to vendors & cheques payments for staff salary
- Perform monthly petty cash reimbursement for staffs, bank reconciliation, account payable reconciliation with vendors statement, reconciliation of AP and GL variance if any
- Maintain audit schedules such as fixed assets, prepayment and accrual.
- Prepare quarterly GST reconciliation and submission to IRAS
- Assist in processes and system implementation such as streamlining and automation of tasks to ensure work efficiencies.
- Perform other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Accounting/Finance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess good attention to detail.
- Able to work independently.
- Handson experience in SAP, A2000 (ERP) and Synergix ERP would be an advantage. Ability to work with a tight deadlines and with a strong sense of responsibility
