What the role is

  • The job holder is responsible for overseeing a team in supporting the planning and directing of the Work Pass Division's (WPD) strategic and transformation goals as well as developing and implementing organization development programmes and an internal communications strategy to promote cohesiveness and a sense of belonging in the workplace.

What you will be working on

  • 1. To supervise a team to support WPD's strategic planning and workforce transformation efforts
  • To track divisional key performance and risk indicators
  • To drive initiatives that ensure alignment to organization and government-wide objectives
  • To design and implement Organization Development programmes and develop an internal communications strategy to promote a cohesive and collaborative environment

What we are looking for

  • 1. Possess good communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
  • Possess good analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Be a good team player with a customer-focused mindset
  • Be proactive in problem solving and adaptable in dealing with different situations
  • Be able to work independently, adapt to fast and complex changes; and handle multiple tasks/portfolios
