Requirements:


  • Background from any discipline.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Driven, selfmotivated and open to change.
  • Able to work well under pressure and with mínimal supervision.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Passion in serving the rehabilitation and aftercare sector.
Currently, we have the following position available (not limited to the following):
Assistant Associate/Senior Assistant Associate (Finance)
You will support Senior Assistant Director (Finance) in providing business accounting support and ensure strong internal controls compliance.


What you will be working on

  • Coordinate monthly review of work allowance and ensure timely and accurate payout to SPS.
  • Liaise with SPS on allowance related matters.
  • Monitoring of contracts with private partnership scheme customers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing to private partnership scheme customers.
  • Assist in internal process reviews and ensuring strong internal control compliance.
  • Administrators for Finance records in Electronic Records Management System.
  • Assist with monthly financial closing duties including preparation of financial reports.
  • Assist to run and/or maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots for finance processes.
  • Assist to update finance data analytics dashboard.
  • Work as a team in the improvement of finance processes.

What we are looking for

  • Background in Accountancy with 3 years' of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous, have an aptitude for figures and proficient in tasks.
  • Selfmotivated and capable of meeting strict deadlines.
  • Passion in serving the rehabilitation and aftercare sector
