    RoleThe role will be based in Singapore and form part of a regional HR team and will report to the Regional Head of HR, AEJ.The role will partner with our HR Business Partners (HRBP), broader control functions such as Legal & Compliance as well as the business to provide exceptional Employee Relations expertise and knowledge to help our organization resolve ER issues and mitigate risks.

    In this role, will contribute by providing both hands-on support as well strategic advice and direction for complex and sensitive cases.

    ResponsibilitiesManagement of employee relations policies and procedures, in compliance with labor laws and regulations. Ownership of all HR policies and the Employee Handbook. Identify process and enhancement improvements to existing policies and procedures.

    Owner of employee grievance investigations, such as employee misconduct, harassment, discrimination, or any other violation of company policies, partnering with relevant business stakeholders and HR business partners.

    Provide advice and support to employees and managers on various employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

    Keep abreast of the employment regulations and practice across AEJ locations to ensure HR operational processes are delivered efficiently and in compliance with local regulations, enforce adherence and mitigate any potential risks.

    Oversee and participate in HR projects which involve change of existing HR policies and processes in line with local legal and statutory requirements.

    Represent the organization in relevant employee forums (within AEJ) and negotiate with employee representatives on behalf of the company.

    Partner with employment legal on complex ER matters and being the liaison with legal to secure guidance and inputs for the business.
