The Role

  • Main duties to Manage Bangladeshi Supermarket in a Dormitory.
  • Responsible for achieving customer satisfaction, sales and profit target for the store.
  • Provide efficient and effective management of operations team in merchandising, operating disciplines and outlining business strategies.
  • Any other adhoc duties as per assigned.
  • Provide appropriate coaching and support to the team to develop a highperformance team.
  • Physically fit to carry 1015 kg products.
  • Willing to stand for long hours and enjoy interacting with customers.
  • At least 2 years managerial experience in the Retail industry.
  • Ensure all merchandising, corporate strategies and directives are implemented and executed with excellence to achieve operation effectiveness.
  • Conduct daily walkthrough of the store, roll call, briefing and communication daily to inform staff of key objectives, customer feedback, and sales comparison and to ensure operations runs smoothly.
