Description
**JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordination with internal departments to collate all required information for tenders.
- Coordinate with clients and accounts on tenders and invoicing.
- Able to format and revise commercial proposals promptly.
- Update reports and trackers.
- Maintain folders and updated information in shared folders and files.
- Provides full administration and tendering support to the marketing team.
- Requires basic communication with the end clients.
- Diploma in Business Administration or any discipline
- Tendering, administration and organizational skills.
- Coordination skills and team player yet able to work independently on own tenders.
- Good communication skills (both written and spoken) needed.
- Fresh grads are welcome
- Can communicate in English (verbally & in writing)
