The Role
As a Project Officer, you will play a pivotal role in steering the infrastructural developments of the New Science Centre. This dynamic position calls for a diverse skill set, involving engagement with consultants and contractors, active participation in tender processes, and seamless coordination with multiple government agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass meticulous tracking of project progress, maintaining comprehensive records, and overseeing contract administration, including invoice preparation and expense reports. Additionally, you will be instrumental in facilitating seamless communication and coordination among internal and external teams at every stage of project development. This will involve organizing meetings, crafting presentation materials, and managing logistical aspects.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge and experience in Building and Project Management, ideally with 1 to 2 years of experience in managing public sector projects. Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are a must, coupled with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
