Roles & ResponsibilitiesAs a Human Resource cum Admin professional, your job scope may include:
· Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
· Managing employee benefits and payroll
· Creating and implementing HR policies and procedures
· Handling employee relations and conflict resolution
· Managing administrative tasks such as office supplies, facilities, and maintenance
· Assisting with event planning and coordination
· Supporting senior management with various administrative tasks
Overall, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth operation of both HR and administrative functions within the organization.
