Description
Our client is a retail MNC, one of the leading players in the retail sector.Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a HR Business Partner to be part of their HR team for ongoing transformation projects.
They are located in the town - easily accessible.Job Responsibilities
- Responsible in leading and supporting with HR tools, systems, policies, and process changes that are in compliance with regulatory and employment standards and aligned to business needs
- Responsible in creating and preparing dashboards, reports, analysis for budgeting, labour cost analysis, People movement and attrition etc. Identify key risk factors from the analysis and provide resolution
- Responsible in handling the salaries & benefits budget preparation, tracking and analysis, performing offcycle salary review and propose salary packages for new hires
- Responsible in handling of offboarding process for hourly and salaried employees and provide feedback to Senior/Manager of HR and departmental management regarding trends revealed in exit interviews
- Responsible in assisting company performance review and calibration, include people development plan
- Responsible in reviewing, recommending and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes
- Responsible in leading and/or participating in global/AP HR related projects and initiatives
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Able to work in fastpaced environment
