    Roles & Responsibilities

    Role summary

    We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician with a minimum of 3 years' prior experience in IT Support. As an IT Technician, you will work closely with our UK head office IT department to deliver 1st / 2nd Line support to team members located in Singapore, Hong Kong, and UAE. Your responsibilities will extend to the day-to-day maintenance of our IT system, encompassing tasks such as installing and configuring new hardware and software, as well as troubleshooting technical issues.

    This position reports directly to the Head of IT based in the UK and will also work closely with the Operations Manager in Singapore.

    Key responsibilities

    Maintain and manage IT network and Windows server

    Assisting employees with IT related problems, and be responsible for IT issues which needs hands on support such as hardware problem diagnostics, PC/software installation, configuration, maintenance of operating system, etc.

    Serving as first point of contact for IT support from a GMT +8 time zone via remote or on-site support

    Trouble shooting and diagnosing software and hardware issues.

    Identifying risks in existing IT systems and escalate where necessary

    Procure IT equipment in line with company policy

    Installation, configuration and troubleshooting laptops/printers/other IT equipment

    Ad hoc projects and additional tasks where required

    Experience and skills required

    Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an IT support or IT technician role

    In-depth knowledge of IT systems and technologies.

    Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.

    Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with users at all levels.

    Practical experience with internet and network security protocols.

    A relevant diploma and/or professional qualification in IT or related subject

    This is a regional, Singapore office-based role. Applicants must be Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident.
