Description
Supervise a team of cleaners in carrying our cleaning works and maintaining the cleanliness of the assigned areas.

  • Establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures
  • Scheduling and assigning specific duties/roles to cleaners and also ensuring that they are carried out expertly
  • Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis so as to know when they are wornout and also request for replacement
  • Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials so as to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse
  • Providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties.
  • Any other relevant duties as and when assigned by the client.
  • Cleaning area: hospital public area, ward and washroom

Requirements:


  • Good knowledge of cleaning/housekeeping processes and procedures.
  • Serviceoriented with good communication skills.
  • Deploy to client premises (Hospital)
  • Rotate Shift, willing to work long hours
  • 6 days work week
  • Able to work on Weekend/PH
