Job Responsibilities :

As a Legal Counsel supporting Razer's corporate functions, you will play a vital role in ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation across various aspects of the organisation's operations. You will be a member of the HQ Legal team, providing legal support to internal stakeholders on corporate and commercial matters for our global business operations.

Provide legal support to corporate functions, including Finance, HR, Info Tech, Secretariat, and Corporate Development;

Provide legal support for mergers & acquisitions, investments/divestments, corporate restructuring, major corporate actions, and financing projects; and

Draft, analyse, negotiate and complete complex commercial transactions with our customers and strategic partners across various business units.

Pre-Requisites :

be a Singapore-qualified lawyer with at least 1-3 PQE at a leading law firm;

have undertaken training with the corporate and commercial department of a leading law firm;

have experience in supporting M&A projects;

experience in supporting banking and financing work, as well as infosecurity/ IT/ software projects, would be a plus; and

have exceptional teamwork, collaboration and communication skills to effectively manage stakeholders and provide legal support to colleagues in other departments.
