    Job Description

    • Assist in liaising with new customers' onboarding process
    • Coordinate with department leaders/ICs with routine administrative task
    • Perform routine accounting document chasers, verification and updating of company system records
    • Greeting visitors, clients and employees in a courteous and professional manner
    • Managing incoming calls, screening and directing them to the appropriate personnel
    • Sorting, preparing both incoming/outgoing mail and packages
    • Assist in filing, scanning & photocopying
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
