Project Manager:

Responsibilities

Ensure overall success of a project, or a portfolio of projects, by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet business requirements and comply with governance framework, including security and resiliency.
Manage and monitor project plan, project milestones, risk and change management to ensure delivery of the project on schedule, within scope and budget.
Plan and manage the scope of the project, its objectives and desired outcomes, and ensure alignment of project to the business outcomes of the Authority.
Plan and lead the development of the business case/concept paper and funding.
Plan and lead the overall procurement activities, in particular Tender Specifications compilation, tendering, tender evaluation, recommendation & award.
Lead the development of the overall project schedule & activities based on the appropriate methodology including identifying dependency, critical path, milestones and deliverables.
Perform stakeholder management, including keeping the relevant stakeholders informed of the project status on a timely and regular basis.
Manage processes and procedures covering issue and risk management.
Contract Management
Service Level Management (SLM)
Service/Change Request Management (scope, schedule, budget, prioritisation)
Problem and Incident Management (tracking, escalation, closure)
Audit and Security Services

Risk Management

Requirements:

CITPM (Certified ICT Project Management Programme) or PMP (Project Management Professional) or COMIT (Certification in Outsourcing Management for IT) or an equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
Handson experience in full project development life cycles.
Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement and governance processes will be an added advantage. Knowledge of design thinking and workshop facilitation will be an added advantage.
