Reporting to Project Manager / Director on the project execution of Water and Wastewater Treatment Project(s).

Review of customers specification, commercial/ technical documents, Product requirement for projects.
Prepare drawing package, Equipment submittal, testing specification and other Engineering documents for tender and execution. Document design changes and calculation with

Documentation Controller for record and transmission.

Ability to identify project risk and associated liabilities, including system risk assessment and personnel safety. Propose solution to mitigate the risk and liabilities.
Evaluate vendors proposal as per the project specifications. Prepare overall budget cost plan and analysis with Finance and Procurement Department.
Execution:
Develop a project plan, execution plan and look ahead plan.
Track and monitor project as per the project schedule and budget.
Engage project team on daily basis to discuss on progress and provide guidance, including vendor progress as per the schedule.
Facilitate job interfacing with various disciplines, procurement, and construction group.
Conduct contract reviews, risk analysis and contingency plan.
Implement Site Installation and Testing & Commissioning.
Prepare operating sequence to commission plant with Project Manager/ Director
Site work in Singapore and Overseas.
Supervise vendors and coordinate with Client on site.
Documentation to capture key milestones and to meet Client requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering / Environmental
Minimum 3years experience as Project Engineer for Water, Wastewater treatment plant or EPC project (MEP).
Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.
Have to be Team player and strong Organization, coordinate, Planning and Interface skills.
Able to adapt to tight Deadlines and frequent changes on priorities.
