We are looking for a
RETAIL EXECUTIVE who will go the extra mile to make sure customers get a 'total experience' they will not forget.

Our next hire would ideally be a positive sales person who has hands-on and organizational skills, who has the ambition to grow with Heveya and has the passion to care for the environment and the community which aligns with Heveya's core values.

How you will contribute:

Act as a first point of contact of all inquiries in our Outlets, and tend to customer messages
Welcome customers and assist them in the buying process
Educate customers about the transparent concept and benefits of sleeping on a Heveyamattress
Handle aftersales admin & delivery scheduling work
Maintain cleanliness in our Outlets
Ensure proper inventory control in our Outlets
Work closely with Business Development department to grow sales
Work closely with Marketing department for popup shops and atrium sales
