Responsibilities:


  • Ensure that monthly membership sales goal is achieved/exceeded
  • Establish and maintain a referral program and to increase membership retention in the club
  • Ensure sufficient leads and contacts to achieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals, and service goals
  • To update sales activities to Head of Sales on a regular basis
  • Represent GYMMBOXX in presenting facilities and services to prospects via gym tours
  • Be equipped with updated knowledge on products offered by GYMMBOXX
  • Ensure positive customer experience at all times
  • Adhoc duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Determined, motivated, ambitious, confident and relentless individuals with sales knowledge.
  • Enjoy meeting people and have a genuine interest in educating the effectiveness of exercising and promoting a healthy lifestyle
  • Proven consistent good sales track record in the fitness industry would be preferred but not a must
  • Possess a good sense of customer service professionalism, responsibility, integrity, and excellent work ethic
  • A high level of maturity and ability to work well under pressure

Other Information

  • 5day work week
  • Retail Hours (11am 9pm)
  • The incumbent must be able to work at any of the GYMMBOXX outlets across Singapore
  • Up to $2,200 Basic + Uncapped Commission
  • Training provided and a fun working environment

Salary:
$2, $3,200.00 per month
