Our client is one of the pioneers in IT-Outsourcing and Services Support catering to various industry clients both private and public sector.

They are seeking to build a team of IT Support / On-Site Support Engineers who will handle on-site support service assistance for end-user customers (Corporate staff) on day-to-day IT Service assistance.

Will be responsible for day-to-day technical support for their client/customers across specific industries and location across Singapore.

Position Responsibilities:

Provide technical support assistance to end user customers onsite at the office premises.
Will handle first, second line resolutions on hardware, software issues as well as associated peripherals such as mobile devices and scanners.
Will maintain an SLA standard and procedures as provided by the IT Team and Team Leader.
The role will also be involved in computer asset management and inventory checking to ascertain fully functional and operational equipment.

Position Requirements:

Must have an education level of at least Nitec, Diploma in IT, Computer Science or the related field.
Atleast 12 years working experience in Desktop Support, IT Support experience and comfortable engaging with endusers.
Knowledge in desktop, laptop, computer troubleshooting, PC configuration and networking architecture, infrastructure and installation.
Must be a team player and have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
