As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of multiple restaurants within a designated area. Your primary focus will be to ensure the efficient and profitable functioning of each restaurant by implementing company policies, providing leadership to restaurant managers, and driving exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the regional operations team to achieve organizational objectives and maintain brand standards.
Responsibilities:
· Supervising and guiding restaurant managers, including training and performance evaluations.
· Analysing restaurant metrics such as sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
· Maintaining adherence to company standards in food quality, cleanliness, and service.
· Handling escalated customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
· Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
· Proven restaurant management experience with a track record of success.
· Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and cost management.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to analyse financial data and make informed decisions.
