Summary / Objective
The Service staff (Waiter/Waitress) is responsible for welcoming and guiding customers to their seats.
He/she is also responsible for presenting customers with the menu, taking orders, answering questions on meal/beverage items, making food/beverage recommendations when requested, serving the food and/or beverages, and billing duties.
He/she must be able to work under pressure to serve customers quickly and efficiently and be courteous, tactful, and attentive in dealing with customers in all circumstances in order to deliver excellent service.

Work Environment
This job essentially operates within the establishment the person is assigned to work at. From time to time, however, he/she will need to travel to sister outlets to render assistance if needed.
Required Academic Qualifications & Experience
- Min. 'N' Levels, with the ability to comprehend, write and speak reasonably good English.
- Prior experience is not a requirement. Onthejob training and guidance will be provided.
