    Your Role:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager to lead our marketing team. This is a pivotal role responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that promote our college, drive student enrolment, and enhance our brand presence both locally and internationally.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with SRMC's goals.
    • Team Leadership: Guide and inspire the marketing team, cultivating an atmosphere of creativity, productivity, and teamwork, with a strong focus on results and outcomes.
    • Campaign Management: Design and execute effective multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage our target audiences and achieve measurable outcomes.
    • Data Analysis: Utilize analytics to guide marketing decisions, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
    • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content across various platforms to build brand awareness and community engagement.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with academic departments, administrative teams, and the content production team to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategic alignment across all marketing initiatives.
    • Oversee the daily operations of the marketing department, ensuring smooth execution of strategies and tasks with a fast turnaround time, all while maintaining a focus on achieving targeted outcomes.

    What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
    • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team.
    • Expertise in digital and non-digital marketing strategies, including content marketing, social media management, event planning, and traditional marketing approaches to drive engagement and achieve marketing objectives.
    • Creative and analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with the arts and education sector is highly desirable.
