    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Producing the design of all Architectural systems and cooperating with the Commercial Group to develop the associated cost during the programming, conceptual, and detailed design phases, for large/complex Advanced Technology and Life science Projects.
    • Ensure that all design follows local authorities' code.
    • Determining and defining sustainability targets.
    • Review the design of Architectural systems, produced by other team members, for technical compliance with specified and contracted client/customer requirements.
    • Review of all Architectural tender documentation.
    • Implementing the design checklist and tracking program.
    • Arranging internal design reviews with the support of the COC.
    • Representing the Architecture Department in monthly Client Meetings.
    • Compiling lessons learned and briefing COC on same.
    • Formulating any necessary recovery plans relating to Design, Cost, Schedule
    • Mentoring the Senior Architects to secure properly trained personnel to ensure the company's continual expansion.

    Requirement:

    • Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Science (Architecture)
    • Safety Certificate for Project Managers
    • Certified Engineering Technologist
    • Hazop Leader Certificate
    • years of professional architectural experience with 3 years on fast-track projects
    • Experience in the design and construction of Architectural services systems in both design and construction, preferably with some "Fast Track Project" experience for Semiconductor, Sustainable Energy, Pharmaceutical, Nutrition, Healthcare, or Biotech Projects
    • At least three years of international experience in a high-tech industry or other multiple discipline-orientated construction business
    • At least three years of experience in a leading architectural position of a fast-track project including one year of experience in managing a multidiscipline project.
    • At least three years of experience in managing staff, coaching/mentoring, and developing people
    • Experience in implementing change strategies internally.
    • Experience in strategic and operational planning and implementation
