    Executive Cleaning Operations Position

    We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the daily operations of our cleaning staff, ensuring a high-quality service is delivered across multiple sites.

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels on site, conducting stocktakes and procuring necessary supplies.
    • They will also be expected to maintain effective communication with clients, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

    In addition to these duties, the ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate their team members towards achieving excellence in all aspects of their work. They must have experience working independently or as part of a larger team environment.



    Key Responsibilities:



    • To manage and coordinate daily activities among teams effectively; this includes attending regular meetings with management/clients when required.   ​

    • To execute various facets such as customer-facing services like facility visits etc., make decisions without further authorization regarding emergencies at location where immediate action needed due speed constraints involved - keeping health safety protocols strictly up held always.
