    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Oversee and responsible for project planning and scheduling, cost estimating and document control.
    • Develop and implement project control processes to effectively manage project scope, schedule, cost, and quality throughout the entire project cycle.
    • Organise and review Contractor's project progress reports, and support the Director in monitoring, analysing, and forecasting performance.
    • Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports.
    • Ensure the overall planning standard, WBS and other requirements and relevant project procedures are applied.
    • Assist in pre-commissioning and post-commissioning planning.
    • Monitor and update project progress in Primavera and Progress Measurement system.
    • Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders in the coordination of project schedule, cost and procurement and monitor progress for all phases of the project.
    • Monitor project expenditures and analyze cost variances to ensure adherence to budget constraints and identify opportunities for cost savings.
    • Establish strategies in ensuring the reliability of procurement operations that are in line with project scope and requirements.
    • Develop procurement policies and workflows that ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality requirements.
    • Identify potential risks, issues, and deviations from project plans, and develop risk management plans mitigation strategies to address them.
    • Be familiar with Engineering & Project Management systems.
    • Responsible for keeping the Contractor's manpower projection plan updated.
    • Provide tender support to develop high-level schedules for business development prospects.
    • Maintain historical data for use in bid proposals and future bench marking initiatives.
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project control team members, ensuring their professional development and effective contribution to project success.

    • To follow all company business operation and SOP at all times
    • Participate actively in Health Safety and Environment programs and activities in order to achieve Company's KPIs, ISO 14001 objectives and target. Proactively rectify any abnormalities, unsafe acts or unsafe situations and report to supervisor accordingly
    • Maintain high standard of housekeeping at all times
    • Other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by supervisors.
