The role involves:

end to end responsibility for delivery consulting engagement related to customer experience strategy and design, service, sales and marketing transformation as well as CRM implementations:

being accountable for for driving successful engagements and managing the client relationships:

demonstrating proficiency in their capability to drive service, sales and marketing transformation topics:

managing resources for the seamless implementation of the projects, as well as providing guidance and supervision to junior staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of project targets according to milestone agreements:

ability to coach and mentor staff in building their capabilities:

support business development activities including preparing proposals, supporting sales meetings with clients, and identifying potential sales opportunities relating to ongoing project work

at least 3 years of working experience in hands-on delivery and implementation of multiple complex projects in Singapore or ASEAN countries, serving clients across a diverse range of industries:

proven track record in project management and delivery of customer experience, sales and marketing projects:
