- Quarterly School Visit survey and feedback analysis
- Quarterly DE's survey analysis
- DE KPIs Performance analysis
- Oversee school deployments, including assignments and relief deployments.
- Obtain feedback from schools and make necessary updates based on the feedback.
- Capture and report DE KPI results and performance metrics.
- Manage DE contract renewals and liaise with relevant parties for timely renewals.
- Coordinate DE training programs to enhance competency and skills.
- Plan and organize quarterly training events based on proposed programs.
- Track and monitor DE service resolution and compliance across various aspects.
- Provide timely reports and analysis on service performance and escalations.
- Conduct administrative briefings for new DE hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Oversee MOE and Agency billing and verify accuracy before submission.
- Generate monthly accrual for finance and ensure financial processes are in order.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Previous experience in operations and management support roles preferred.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
