Prism+ is a rapidly growing and ever-evolving organisation based in Singapore, and we are looking for a Head of People to join our team.

As the Head of People, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our people strategy, overseeing all aspects of human resources, and ensuring that our company culture remains positive and supportive.


You will be expected to have a deep understanding of HR best practices, as well as experience in developing and implementing HR policies and processes.

You will be responsible for managing the HR team, providing guidance and support to team members.

You are prepared to roll the sleeves up as required, and lead from the front as we grow as a company.


In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our employees are happy, engaged, and motivated, and that they have the resources and support they need to be successful.

You will also be responsible for managing employee relations, including handling employee complaints and disputes, as well as structuring regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.


To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in HR, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

You should also be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects at once.

Scope

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the senior management team on culture, people strategy and growth planning.
  • Structure, motivate, manage and groom the People department, ensuring smooth HR operations.
  • Formulate and execute policies to attract, develop, and retain talented employees.
  • Run performance measurement cycles and ensure compensation and benefits are effective, transparent and consistent.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Support overseas expansion efforts as necessary.
  • Design and implement a framework for continuous learning and organizational development.
  • Manage and work with teams on the design, integration, customisation, adoption and maintenance of HRIS systems.

Requirements:


  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of 510 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced, highgrowth environment, with rapidly evolving requirements.
  • The ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's growth and culture.
  • A track record of success in building and managing effective HR teams.
