Job Description:
- General administration
- Ad-hoc duties when required
- Arrange training courses
- Handles employee queries, grievances & workers disputes
- Assist in disciplinary procedures and performance management processes
- Maintain and update employee records and databases
- Process payroll and ensure accuracy of timesheets
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any field.
Preferably 1 year experience. Fresh graduate may apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Team player with good interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and multi-task
