- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive revenue growth, including lead scoring, lead nurturing, and lead qualification.
- Identify and evaluate new lead sources and opportunities, including digital channels, social media, events, and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics to measure and report on the performance of lead generation initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies, tactics, and messaging.
- Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams on lead generation best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in lead generation and apply them to improve performance and efficiency.
- Manage a team of lead generation specialists, and provide guidance and coaching to ensure high performance and development.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in lead generation, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation best practices, tools, and technologies, including marketing automation systems.
- Experience in managing and developing a team of lead generation specialists.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends to develop actionable insights and strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and other teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, who is comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
