- Perform diagnostics and identify cause of component failure and carry out rectification
- Perform equipment troubleshooting and upkeep production quality
- Debugging of machine logfiles and sensor data to identify causes of vehicle congestion, higher delivery time, faulty machine parts.
- In charge of maintenance activities, tool improvement and equipment installation
- Ensure production run smoothly by repairing and troubleshooting of polishing equipment
- Responsible in root cause analysis and recommending solution to resolve technical issues
- Handle continuous improvement, cost reduction and yield matters
- Minimum Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance in Semicon/Manufacturing Company
- Experienced in semiconductor industry
